To log in to your MT4/5 trading account, you’ll need your account number and password, which were sent when you first opened your account.

1. Install the MT4/5 platform on your PC.
2. Open the platform and go to ‘File’ > ‘Log in to Trade Account’.
3. Enter your account number, password, and select the correct server.

When entering your password, ensure there are no extra spaces if copying and pasting. If the server isn’t listed in the dropdown menu, manually enter it as live(server number).ictrading.com and click ‘Login’.

Your connection status will appear in the bottom-right corner:

• ‘Invalid account’ – Double-check your password.

‘No connection’ – Verify the server address.
